FAQ

How do I install the sample library?

Our sample libraries must be installed in Native Access. To do so, download and open Native Access (free from Native Instruments), log in with your Native Instruments account (or create one), click "Add a Serial" and entered the serial number you have received via e-mail after purchasing our sample library. Once registered, the library will appear under "Available". Click Install and follow the on-screen instructions. After installation, you can open and use the library in Kontakt Player 7 or newer (or the full version of Kontakt).

How do I use the sample library?

Check our our Youtube channel for walkthroughs and tutorials. Our products also always include a PDF manual where the basic functionalities are explained.

I am having CPU issues

Our sample libraries are designed to deliver exceptional realism and emotional depth, which means they process a huge number of high-resolution samples in real time. If you experience high CPU usage, try to increase your audio buffer size in your DAW. Some of our libraries include a Light patch, which is designed to be more CPU friendly.

Will the instrument work on my DAW?

Our instruments work on any common DAW that supports Kontakt through the use of AU/VST/AAX plugins.

Kontakt struggles to find the sample files

Case-sensitive formatting of hard drives on MacOS is not compatible with our libraries. We recomment using the standard MacOS Extended Journaling format on earlier versions of OS X, or, if available, APFS on newer systems.

I'm getting the error 'library path invalid' (or similar) during installation

This issue is often caused by older versions of Native Access. If you don't have the latest one, please download it here. If your operating system does not support the latest version, you may find legacy installers here.

My business is registered in the EU, can I purchase the instrument without VAT?

We are a small independent team, and at the moment our checkout doesn't support VAT number entry, so all purchases are automatically processed as consumer sales, with VAT included in the final price. That means we are currently not able to apply the reverse charge or refund VAT, even if you are a business customer. We plan on implementing a more versatile system in the future and kindly ask for your understanding. The receipt you receive includes the full amount paid and it can still be used for potential reclaim through your local tax authority. You may also contact us to request a separate invoice.

Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately we do not.

Do you offer demo or trial versions?

We are currently unable to offer demo or trial versions of our instruments, but we plan on releasing free sample libraries in the future, in order to give users a glimpse into our instrument ecosystem. For certain libraries, you can play with the interactive GUI on our website to get an idea of how the instrument feels.

Do you offer sales or discounts?

Typically the price of our instruments will be the lowest when they are released. We may offer small seasonal discounts, such as Black Friday.
