HANDCRAFTED AUDIO
END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and Handcrafted Audio GmbH, a company registered in Switzerland, governing your use of the licensed software product (the Product").By installing, activating, or using the Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. License Grant
Handcrafted Audio GmbH grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Product on one or more devices owned and operated by you, subject to the conditions of this Agreement.2. Permitted Uses
You may:* Use the Product in commercial and non-commercial music productions, including film scores, albums, advertisements, games, and other media projects.
* Install and use the Product on multiple computers, provided you are the sole user or the installations are not used simultaneously by more than one individual.
3. Restrictions
You may not:* Share, sublicense, rent, lease, lend, distribute, or sell your license key or the Product to any third party.
* Make the Product available on a network where it could be accessed by multiple users.
* Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify any part of the Product.
* Use the Product to create a competing sample library or virtual instrument.
4. Activation
This Product requires activation via Native Access using a unique serial number provided upon purchase. You are responsible for safeguarding your serial number. Lost or compromised serials may result in deactivation.5. Ownership
The Product is licensed, not sold. Handcrafted Audio GmbH retains full ownership and intellectual property rights to all software, samples, and content included in the Product.6. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically without notice from Handcrafted Audio GmbH if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement.Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Product.
